Gourmet visit

Take advantage of an immersion in the Font des Pères estate to discover the manufacturing processes of our wines!

During this experience, you will be able to enjoy a visit of the winemaking cellar and the maturing cellar (20 minutes), where we will describe the winemaking methods, studied and adapted for each category of wine.

Then, you will have the privilege of tasting the estate's wine directly from the barrel. Finally, the experience will end with a tasting of 6 wines of your choice (whites, reds, rosés) in accordance with a terrine prepared by our chef .

On our estate, the harvest is done by hand, in 30 kg boxes, even when the specifications of the appellation do not impose it for La Reppe.
This allows us to sort the grapes by plot and sometimes, in our quest for excellence, to harvest it in two parts, a few days apart.
The methods used in the vineyard as well as in the cellar are strictly identical whatever the appellation. The only exception: for La Reppe rouge, maturing in casks is limited to a few weeks.
