Every Friday morning at 09.00, the programme will be: Earth, Wine and a ‘Mâchon’ winemaker luncheon
- Analysis of the landscape, walking in the vines between Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses
- Tasting of 8 wines in the vineyards where they are created (from régional appellation to Corton Grands Crus)
- Traditional mâchon luncheon at L’Ecole des Terroirs in Pernand
- Presentation of your Diploma from the Ecole des Terroirs
