Konjakhuset Pasquet, certifierat ekologiskt, hittar den perfekta balansen mellan värmen från familjetraditionen och innovativt kunnande. För att återuppliva en vinstock på 1990-talet, drog familjen Pasquet på sin förfäders historia för att återupptäcka sina ekologiska jordbruksmetoder.

Det var här de hittade en vacker balans inte bara i ekosystemet för sina vinstockar, utan också i själva konjaken.

Lovely tour in a lovely environment. So quiet and peaceful. Great people who deeply love the cognac and work they do. Very kind guide and owner. They take plenty of time for their costumers and the cognac is awesome. Would love to come back sometime!

We really enjoyed our family friendly tour at Jean Pasquet with Paul. We loved the organic approach taken and the opportunity to try the amazing produce. We purchase more than planned due to it being so lovely. Thankyou so much.

An intimate and very informative tour, taking in the terroir, distillery, process and cellar. The tasting room is splendid and the produce exceptional. This is a gem of a discovery.
